For fondant - 3 weeks in advance
Bulk order - 1 month in advance
~ Orders must be made either via order form and e-mails. I will send you a confirmation email & quotation containing the price of your order. Please notify me by sms if I did not respond to your order in 24 hours.
~ Order without any payment will not be entertain. I will start baking your order once you have made the payment.

Customisation Service :
~ Cupcakes customisation service are available for your special occasion. You can give me your design and I will do the best to make your cupcakes look special for the celebration. Or you can mix and match my designs to make your own set.
~ All customisation is subject to approval. I have the right to decline the custom requests and suggest alternatives.

Payment Method :
~ Full payment must be made after each confirmation of orders. No COD please. Please sms me for my account number upon placing your order.
~ Please keep the receipt of cash deposit / online transfer, for you to sms me the full details of the payment, and the receipt is to be given to me during collection of cupcakes.
~ Payment can be made via Online Banking Fund Transfer or Cash Deposit into my account.
~ Please notify me by sms as soon as the payment is made.
~ For any cancellation, please notify me by sms at least 4 days before the collection date. Strictly no refund if you failed to do so.
