Shelf life :

Cupcakes:-

~ Up to 5 days in room temperature covered in airtight container.
~ Up to 7 days in the fridge covered with foil / plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.

Brownies :-

~ If they are stored in an airtight container in the open - 3 weeks.
~ If they are refrigerated in an airtight container - 4 weeks.
~ Or you can freeze them and heat them up when you get an urge for one - up to 6 months.
